Flynx App Child Safety Policy

Flynx App maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward all abuse, exploitation and sexualization of minors. Any user who fails to comply with the below minor protection rules (minors refer to individuals under 18 years old) will have their account removed from Flynx, and relevant matters may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.

Policies

Age Restriction

• You need to be aged 18 or above to use Flynx App.
• It is strictly forbidden to falsify age in order to enter the platform; such conduct will lead to account suspension or permanent removal.

Flynx App adopts automated detection tools together with manual review workflows to identify underage access and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempt to bypass these detection systems is banned.

Prohibited Activities include but are not limited to:

Sexualization of Minors and CSEA (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation)

• Creating, sharing or distributing content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Content that sexually fetishizes minors, including related conversations, sexualized roleplay, or wearing sexually suggestive outfits, is prohibited.
• Visual depictions of minor nudity or sexualization in any format, including artwork such as illustrations and animations.

Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

• Threatening, inciting, or committing physical violence against minors.
• Psychological abuse, coercion or manipulative behavior targeting minors.
• Portraying or encouraging minors to take part in dangerous activities.
• Promoting or displaying content about child neglect or human trafficking of minors.

Underage Appearance on the Platform

• Minors are strictly forbidden from appearing in live broadcasts, videos, profile pages, or any other published content.
• Registering or running accounts on behalf of minors.
• Falsifying age information to obtain platform access.

Reporting Mechanism

• Incidents concerning child abuse will be submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities as required by applicable laws.
• Users may submit violation reports via the in-app reporting tool, or send emails to us at service@flynx.tv.

Prohibited Users

Individuals convicted of offenses against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, child neglect or child trafficking, are not permitted to use Flynx App under any circumstances.

Execution and Transparency

Enforcement Measures

• Any breach of this Child Safety Policy will trigger immediate account sanctions.
• Based on the seriousness of the violation, Flynx App may cooperate with law enforcement bodies for investigation.

User Education

We deliver child safety education for users by means of:

• Publishing this Child Safety Policy on our platform.
• Displaying pop-up reminders when users post content to help avoid risky scenarios.
